Anti-Money Laundering

As an estate agency business we are legally required to carry out customer due diligence and are supervised by HMRC for AML purposes. Our HMRC AML supervision registration will be confirmed here before trading. We may verify your identity and retain the records required by law.

We share data only where necessary — for example with conveyancers, referencing and AML providers, and our email provider (Resend) which delivers enquiry messages to us. We do not sell your data.

Keeping your data

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes above and to meet our legal obligations (AML records are typically kept for five years after the end of our business relationship).
